The study aims to develop software that enables managers to set the organization strategic plan, and at the same time provide them with controlling tool which facilitate internal and external control. The study will rely mainly on theoretical research in reviewing previous literature in addition to applied investigation through testing the software in certain organization. The expected results will be advanced planning and controlling software applicable in all types of organizations.
