Biography

Dr John-Paul Okeke is a researcher, a lecturer and a consultant. John-Paul has professional experience in teaching in a variety of Business Management, Leadership and Human Resource Management modules. John-Paul is personally driven to inspire, motivate and challenge students and project teams to achieve their potential. With expertise and hands-on experience which has been developed in the use of technologies in building and leading KM project teams, John-Paul has led teams from project initiation through project operations. John-Paul is experienced working with senior management in organisations to create HR policies and procedures that align with KM systems and databases. John has experience in recruiting knowledge champions and creating knowledge BA to foster knowledge exchange.  John-Paul’s areas of interests include; Knowledge Management, Organisational Learning, Corporate Sustainability, Sustainable Development, Diaspora Knowledge Exchange, Human Resource Management, Afrocentricity, Entrepreneurship, Intersectionality, Identity, Qualitative Research.
