Rudi, has an extensive track record working with Diaspora organisations, as former Chief Executive, of RAFFA International Development Agency,UK, was the source for substantial medical equipment donations to Caribbean Health Ministies through Diaspora Partners including a mobile blood collection unit for the National Blood Transfusion Service (NBTS) Kingston, Jamaica.
