Abstract: The journey of education is the nation's drive towards achieving the meanings of identity that unique to that nation among its pavements. One of the rules of the renaissance of education is to work to provide its seats in its care at the forefront of the concerns of the state in the form of material support that is not supported by others. This is in order to deepen the roots of the tree of rise and rise on the runways of civilised giving flowing towards translating knowledge into the channels of watering that tell all kinds of economic and political life and everything related to people's life.

مقدمة: قافلــة التربيــة والتعليــم هــي مطيــة الأمــة نحــو تحقيــق معانــي الهويــة التــي تنفــرد بهــا تلــك الأمــة بيــن رصيفاتهــا، وإن مــن قواعــد نهضــة التربيــة والتعليــم العمــل علــى توفيــر مقاعــد رعايتهــا فــي صــدارة همــوم الدولــة بصــورة الســند المــادي الــذي لا يدانيــه ســند هــم آخــر، وذلــك لكــي تتعمــق جــذور شــجرة الارتقــاء والصعــود علــى مــدارج العطــاء الحضــاري المنســاب نحــو ترجمــة المعرفــة الــى قنــوات الســقيا التــي تــروي كل ضــروب الحيــاة الاقتصاديــة والسياســية وكل مــا يتعلــق بمعــاش النــاس
