Re-evaluation of the appraisal system

Abstract: Re-evaluation of the appraisal system may complement evaluative supervisory ratings. In this article, the researcher will suggest a modification on the traditional appraisal system that may increase their developmental effectiveness, and give theoretical orientations which justify the belief that the traditional evaluation must change for the benefits of the organisation and personnel.
